Maxwell Webb joined Competitive Energy Services as a Pricing and Data Analyst in fall 2016 and was promoted to Managing Director of Pricing Analytics as of 2021. Max oversees the pricing department at CES, which procures electricity, natural gas, liquid fuels, and renewable contracts for our clientele. His interests include procurement, energy analytics, and weather forecasting. He holds a B.S. in Energy, Business and Finance from Penn State University.

Helen Booth has been with CES since its inception in January 2000, and currently serves as the Director of Pricing as of 2020. Her primary responsibilities include the management of customer relations functions and activities and all pricing requests for RFPs on behalf of CES customers, as well as assisting the Procurement & Client Services Manager, where needed. Helen has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine.

Sarah Bilodeau started at CES as a Pricing Associate in 2019 and was recently promoted to Senior Pricing Associate in 2021. Prior to CES, Sarah worked at Provider Power for five years as a Commercial Account Specialist. At CES, her responsibilities include energy pricing, procurement, and contracting.

Lydia Jopp joined CES as a Pricing Analyst in 2019, and was recently promoted to Senior Pricing Associate as of 2021. Lydia’s responsibilities include energy pricing, procurement, and contracting across all products. Previously, she held a publicist position for Simon & Schuster and Random House. She holds a B.A. in Latin American Studies from Bates College.

Eloise Bickham first joined CES as a Pricing Associate in 2017 and returned to CES in 2021. In her role now, as Senior Pricing Associate, she assists with pricing requests for all CES product offerings, prepares bid forms, and helps facilitate the contract process between suppliers and clients. Prior to returning to CES, Eloise held a position as Pricing Analyst for Ducted Systems at Johnson Controls. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with concentration in Marketing and Accounting, from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
