Scott Sloan joined CES in 2018 to lead the IT department. Scott comes to us with more than 20 years of varied IT experience in development, project management, and infrastructure working in Materials Management, Healthcare, State and Federal Government sectors. He is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day IT operations and systems development of CES, along with implementing new technologies that align with CES' current and future strategic goals.

Anthony Viola joined CES and GridSolar as a GIS Specialist in 2019 and currently acts as the Senior GIS & Data Analyst. Anthony’s primary focuses at CES and GridSolar are project design and management, energy forecasting and analysis, electrical grid design and reliability modeling, and solar feasibility modeling. Additionally, he is the CEO and Founder of Arcudigm, LLC where he is responsible for geospatial mapping and analysis of cultural heritage sites, environmental mapping and analysis, and software development and management. He holds a B.A. in Geography and Anthropology from the University of Southern Maine, and an A.A. in Liberal Studies from the Northern Maine Community College.

David Brichetto joined CES as a Technical Support Analyst in 2021. In this role, David provides IT support to the entire company. Prior to joining CES, David worked for Datamars installing RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag software into textile inventories. He attended the University of Southern Maine with a focus in Computer Science.

Timothy Rodgerson joined CES as the PHP Developer in 2021. His primary focus at CES is to create web applications, design and maintain the CES databases, and provide system administration. Prior to CES, Tim held a volunteer leadership role on a virtual reality research project for the National Science Foundation. Tim has an A.A. in Computer Science Studies from Gateway Community College in New Haven, CT.
