Zack Hallock joined CES in January 2019 as an Energy Services Advisor and was promoted to Senior Energy Services Advisor in January 2022. With a strong background in energy and utility operations, he previously provided strategic staffing for major utilities on large-scale transmission and midstream pipeline projects. Zack is passionate about building long-term relationships with clients and industry partners, ensuring they have the insights and support needed to navigate the evolving energy landscape in the Northeast and other deregulated energy markets. In his current role, Zack manages some of the company’s larger customers while simultaneously driving business growth through strategic energy procurement, demand-side management, budgeting, and variance tracking. He is actively engaged with AIM (Associated Industries of Massachusetts) and AFE (Association of Facilities Engineers) to strengthen partnerships, support local businesses, and foster networking opportunities for young professionals in the region. With a keen focus on the fast-paced changes in energy markets, Zack anticipates shifts in generation fleets and state clean energy policies that impact large end users on an annual basis. He advises clients on integrating renewable energy solutions into their portfolios while navigating regulatory and market changes.
