KEY PROJECTS:

• Solar Net Metering RFP, evaluation & contract negotiations: CES was hired by the City to assist in drafting and managing an RFP to purchase net metering credits generated by Solar PV projects. CES collected, reviewed and evaluated proposals, assisting the City in selecting projects and negotiating a fair contract.
• Ongoing solar net metering credit tracking and verification: On an ongoing basis, CES reviews solar net metering credits received through National Grid and audits invoices from project owners, tracking project performance and overall savings for the City.
