Will Dickerman joined Competitive Energy Services as an Energy Analyst in June 2023 and was promoted to Senior Energy Analyst in 2025. During his time at CES, Will has worked with higher education, corporate, municipal, and nonprofit clients on energy budgeting and variance tracking, hedging strategies, greenhouse gas accounting, and sustainability planning. Will has helped clients navigate on-site and off-site energy project opportunities and maximize IRA incentives. He co-chairs CES’s internal sustainability initiative, Sustainable CES. Will developed his passion for the energy sector at Dartmouth College, where he helped start the Dartmouth Energy Alliance, worked for the Arthur L. Irving Institute for Energy and Society as a research assistant studying COVID’s impact on ISOs and RTOs, and conducted research on offshore wind. He also interned in the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office of Sustainability, where he focused on IRA implementation, demand response, net metering, and climate conferences. His primary interests include energy policy, renewable energy credit markets, power purchase agreements, and sustainability consulting. Will holds an A.B. in History from Dartmouth College.
