Tarik Cetin joined Competitive Energy Services as an Energy Analyst in July 2022, was promoted to Senior Energy Analyst in 2023, and to Senior Utility and Regulatory Policy Specialist in 2025. Tarik’s primary interests include electricity markets and electrification initiatives as well as policy and regulation of energy transition. Prior to joining CES, Tarik conducted undergraduate research on the impacts of coronavirus lockdowns on the power mix and electricity demand. He also completed graduate-level coursework on international energy policy and energy entrepreneurship at The Fletcher School. He recently graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Economics and International Relations.
