The CES Analytics Team is the engine that powers CES’ energy expertise. The CES Data Services Team collects, transforms, manages, interprets, and visualizes energy data, expertly processing and administering critical data to deliver actionable insights across all services. The Data Services Team designs and manages custom data pipelines, tracking systems, and reporting solutions. Their work spans utility data acquisition and normalization, advanced database design, and automated reporting—all of which ensure CES staff and clients have access to accurate, timely, and well-organized data for informed decision-making.
The CES Pricing Team assists our ESA team and our clients with procuring energy commodity contracts, including electricity, natural gas, liquid fuels, and renewable contracts. The Pricing Team works with clients, utilities and suppliers to build and run competitive bid packages tailored to each client’s unique energy needs. The Pricing Team is responsible for soliciting, receiving & processing supplier bids, creating & delivering bid analyses, assisting with contract execution and resolving post contract issues. Every day, our Pricing Team helps streamline the energy contracting process for our clients and are always available to assist with utility and supply-related issues or questions.
The Communications & Human Relations department provides strategic HR leadership, staff retention and management, employee relations and engagement, building company culture, benefits management, HR policy development and compliance, and performance management and growth. The department also oversees internal and external communications, brand management, marketing, photography and design, public relations, event planning, and supports the annual business development and growth goals of CES. With a service-minded approach to internal and external audiences, the Communications & Human Relations department cultivates brand credibility, builds trust among clients, prospects, and CES team members, and provides value in the form of information, education, and inspiration.
