The NYMEX prompt month went up $0.12 week-over-week, landing at $2.89/MMBtu. The NYMEX rolling 12-month strip went up $0.06 week-over-week to $3.17/MMBtu. Storage levels saw a net increase of 15 Bcf for the week ending August 21st. The 12-month rolling strip for Brent fell 3.7% week-over-week to $81.85/barrel and for WTI by 3.2% to $76.10/barrel. The US and Iran have exchanged attacks over the weekend, leading to a jump in prices following this weekly decline.
