Devin McNeill joined CES in 2010 as an Energy Analyst after working as an intern. Mr. McNeill graduated from the University of Maine with degrees in Accounting and Finance. His primary responsibilities are developing energy budgets and commodity hedging strategies, calculating the benefits and costs of fuel conversion, and completing bill and contract audits.
